Pat Coleman - Principal Director, Climate Smart Communities

Pat joined ÑÇÐÇÓÎÏ·(ÖйúÇø)¹ÙÍø Ecology in 2015 and serves as the Principal Director of the Climate Smart Communities Division, which offers programs and services to advance high-performance housing and community rejuvenation. The CSC division is particularly focused on unregulated, “naturallyâ€� occurring affordable housing and partnering with community-based organizations. Previously, Pat spearheaded ÑÇÐÇÓÎÏ·(ÖйúÇø)¹ÙÍø Ecology’s entry into the Mid-Atlantic region, opened ÑÇÐÇÓÎÏ·(ÖйúÇø)¹ÙÍø Ecology’s office in Delaware, researched new market opportunities, and supported strategic organizational growth. Before joining ÑÇÐÇÓÎÏ·(ÖйúÇø)¹ÙÍø Ecology, Pat worked for the Massachusetts Department of Energy Resources and as an organizer and affordable housing policy analyst in Massachusetts and ÑÇÐÇÓÎÏ·(ÖйúÇø)¹ÙÍø York. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Boston College and a Master in City Planning from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and is a Certified Passive House Builder.
